Alums and Friends of GW

Alums and Friends of GW, the alumni association for George Washington High School of Denver, needed a web presence that they could easily update and also forms for easy contact. I built a site using Wordpress, which would provide a relatively simple content management system that would be easy for anyone to go in and update.

High Country Transmission

High Country Transmission, a transmission shop based out of Aurora, Colo., needed a simple Web presence that clearly communicated how to get in touch with them. The logo was established, so I built off the red/green color scheme. I also visited the shop, and noticed the metal paneling on the side of the building, and used that as the background behind the headmast.

Artist Edge Photography

Artist Edge Photography, a business started by a freelance photographer based out of Denver, needed a package of work done. With the Web site, I played off the paint brush from the logo to have paint strokes act as the top and bottom borders. I then helped the client establish a presence on a third-party site where she could easily upload photos from shoots and have people go to the site, where they could order whatever they liked.

Central Colorado Chapter of the Association of Rehab Nurses

CCCARN needed a logo and a Web site. Playing off the name, I placed the nationwide logo within the 'C' of the state of Colorado flag in the organization's purple and green and colors. The current version of the site is simple and ultra-geometric. (I really got into a padding/margin kick while designing the site).

City of Northglenn Economic Development E-Newsletter

The city of Northglenn needed an e-newsletter designed that matched the designed template of its print materials. Some of the peramaters were that the title had to be visible under any format - no image top and bottom, and that it had to work in all the major e-mail viewers.
